Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by ik21, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the ik21 platform. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to access or use this platform.
The ik21 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. This platform is intended for users based in Malaysia and is subject to applicable Malaysian laws.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of ik21 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the details submitted during registration are truthful.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning more than one account under the same identity is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ik21 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party. If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, please contact our support team immediately.
Ik21 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure account security and compliance with platform policies.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the ik21 platform, you agree not to:
- Using the platform for purposes that violate Malaysian law or the laws of the country where you are located.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform operations through any technical means.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to another individual.
- Making false claims or submitting misleading information during registration or while using the platform.
- Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure and the freezing of any associated balance without compensation.
Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the ik21 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to you and is legally valid.
Deposits successfully credited to your account cannot be reversed once processed. For withdrawals, ik21 will process requests within the timeframe stated on the platform — this may vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method and the verification process required.
Ik21 reserves the right to hold or suspend any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform terms. In such cases, additional identity verification may be required before the withdrawal can be approved.
Any bonus, cashback, or rewards credited to your account are subject to the conditions set by ik21 at the time of issuance. These rewards cannot be converted directly to cash without fulfilling the relevant wagering requirements.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Account Policies

Ik21 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or other damages arising from the use of this platform, to the extent permitted under Malaysian law.

The use of the ik21 name, logo, or brand for commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ik21 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including: breach of terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or at the user's own request.
In the event of closure at the user's request, any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once the review is complete.
Third-Party Links
The ik21 platform may contain references to third-party services or providers. ik21 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Use of any third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the relevant third party's terms.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Ik21 reserves the right to amend, add to, or update any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the latest terms periodically.
Continued use of the ik21 platform after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the ik21 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
